Returns & Exchanges:

As a luxury intimate wear brand, we adhere to the highest hygiene standards.

For that reason, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and returned in its original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.
• Bras, briefs, sleeps and shapewear are non-returnable once tried or worn.
• In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, an exchange or credit note will be issued after quality inspection.
• Requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing tinglelinges@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

 Tingle Linges reserves the right to decline any item that does not meet our return policy requirements.
