Returns & Exchanges Policy

At Tingle Linges, every creation is crafted to offer unmatched elegance, luxury, and comfort. Because intimate wear touches the skin directly, we uphold the highest international hygiene and safety standards to protect all our clients.

Please review our policy terms below:

1. Hygiene Standards & Eligibility

Returns and exchanges are accepted exclusively under the following strict conditions:

  • Pristine Condition: The item must be completely unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
  • Original Packaging: All original packaging, dust bags, luxury boxing, tags, and protective hygiene seals must remain intact and unopened.
  • Intimate Wear Restrictions: For hygiene and health safety reasons, bras, briefs, panties, sleepwear, bodysuits, and shapewear cannot be returned or exchanged once opened, tried on, or worn.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare event that you receive a defective garment or an incorrect item:

  • We will gladly arrange an exchange or issue a Store Credit Note following a prompt quality inspection.
  • Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your package, accompanied by clear photos of the issue.

3. Exchange Window & Timeframe

  • All return and exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
  • Requests made after 7 days from the delivery date cannot be accommodated.

4. Exchange Service & Courier Fee

  • While standard shipping is free for all orders above Rs. 3,000, all approved returns and exchanges incur a flat Rs. 250 exchange handling/courier fee payable by the customer.

  3. Clear photos/videos of the item and intact tags/packaging

6. Policy Discretion

Tingle Linges reserves the right to decline any returned item that shows signs of wear, washing, alteration, missing hygiene seals, or does not strictly meet the requirements outlined above.
