Returns & Exchanges

As a luxury intimate wear brand, we adhere to the highest hygiene standards. For this reason, returns and exchanges are accepted only under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

• Bras, briefs, sleepwear, and shapewear are non returnable once tried or worn, due to hygiene reasons.

• In the rare case of a manufacturing defect or incorrect item, an exchange or credit note will be issued after a quality inspection.

• All return or exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery by emailing tinglelinges@gmail.com, along with the order number and reason.

• For any return or exchange, a fixed delivery/service charge of Rs. 250 will be payable by the customer, even though standard delivery is free.

• Tingle Linges reserves the right to decline any item that does not meet the above return and exchange policy requirements.
